Shoeburyness?
I have always said the true East Londoners will keep moving out until they have nowhere to go and have to jump off Southend pier.
About 2030 I think

64, he's not exaggerating
Last time I was there I saw beautiful, sad puppies and kittens IMPALED alive on the railings of every mosque.
The local islamist children were being forced by IS to drive cocktail sticks through the eyelids of writhing beasts whilst their uncles rodgered them.
Don't ask me how I know this. *taps nose*

If you go round near barrier park in Silvertown you have all these developments of so called luxury apartments. Some are worth over a million pound and were aimed at city and canary wharf types. Much of it did not sell so developers let them pit to anyone this included the dss and Newham council. Now you have people who have spent fortunes living next door to druggy layabouts who don't pay a penny. People I know who love round there still tell me about the all night parties and other "tings" going on. That's the future of Newham

no, but he'll probably scare the nervy residents of havering.
you all moved out of Newham in the 80s. Now you'll have to move again to get away from all the darkies.

I agree with a lot of what you say but I know quite a few people in Newham and have a couple of relations there, and I can assure you they are not skanky druggy layabouts living in paid for accommodation.
They are very nice people who have been shat upon by our cuntish polititians.
The last time I was in Newham which I go to a lot, I never been stabbed or robbed and I've been doing it for years.
Yes a lot of it is shit but don't go overboard mate, there are plenty of shit places.
Why are you so bothered anyway?

True, but there will also be a fair few doing housing exchanges and all that bollocks
The east enders will gradually move out and out until they reach shoeburyness is my point

Rossal Like I am trying to tell Gavros most of those moving out are people getting mortgages who go to work and probably their kids will be similar. Places like Newham and hackney on the other hand will retain all the dossers who will co exist with the new wealthy residents. Shoeburyness? Southend is just like London in fact most of England is and given time all the whole country will be that's the plan.

middle aged west indian fellow lives opposite me. massive druggie, always knocking on my door asking for bread as he's spent all his invalidity benefit on drugs and booze.
He's just sold his parents house for £750k and is looking forward to moving out your way.
His name is Max. Be nice to him.

a drunk squabble in Romford every other week is a bit different to the stabbings, shootings etc in good ol Newham
Its a horrible horrible place, and i agree with them moving outwards, Elm Park has become a lot more multi-cultural in recent months
What happens once we reach Shoeburyness ?

Gavros Who are they? The people moving to Havering are working people buying houses wanting better for their kids. All the skanky druggy layabouts living in paid for accommodation will be staying put in hackney and Newham. Enjoy.

"as I said, theyre coming your way as well as they slowly get priced out of Newham. "
This is true. I said earlier that when I pick my Grandkids up from school in Hornchurch there are lots of our commonwealth freinds also in the playground doing the same.
There wasn't any 4 or so years ago when I first started picking them up.

Gavros No Newham will be like Islington and hackney. Some very wealthy people living cheek by jowl with the underclass. A perfect food chain were they feed on each other.

Rossal A voice of common sense. Yes in Havering you do get violence, most of it centred around certain nightspots in Romford. In places like Newham you can get stabbed on your doorstep by someone robbing errr I mean legitimately raising revenue to feed their family as they can't get a job etc etc etc.
